By accessing or using path scroll ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

path scroll is a visual travel planning tool that allows users to create, organize, and share travel itineraries. Users can create boards, add cards with travel activities, draw connections, and share their plans with others.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified.

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years. If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (boards, cards, itineraries). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and must not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Share Links

When you create a share link, your board becomes publicly accessible. Anyone with the link can view your itinerary. We are not responsible for how others use or share your shared boards.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent our security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract data

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, path scroll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
